“So.. What do you guys wants for your Pre-wedding photo session?”

That’s what we ask them on our first meeting. They looking at each other and give us the answer. They tell us that they really wanted to be photographed on a boat.

“Why?”

Yunita told us about their unforgettable experience on the lake of mangrove forest around the town. We listened very carefully.

So it was a bright sunny day in the afternoon. A romantic date on their holiday under the blue blue sky. A perfect time to take a snapshot and some selfie. A very fun time until they saw a crocodile crossing on their path on that lake. They cannot move for a moment. Their face was turning pale. They were shocked and was really panic. No one was prepared for that. So they rowed their boat in a rush and ran back home.

It was scary! If the crocodile really come to us, I wouldn't know how to protect her…”, Daniel said while throwing his sight gently to Yunita.

They told us their story with a big smile and laughter. We all laughed.

It was hilarious , but we really did the photo session on a boat in Bali for their pre-wedding.

The session was fun and safe, without crocodile of course ;)

You might think, “Then why they want to do that again? weren’t they scared?”

Of course they were. Daniel asked us about the crocodile on that spot twice or three times before the session. But for them, that boat moment was a wonderful moment. It reminds them of the beautiful moment that happened before. They choose to remember those bright sunny day and the beautiful sky and the tons of lovely feeling they felt. And this positive vibes beats the fears. They can’t choose what is to come, but they can choose what feeling they want to keep in their mind, which beautiful memories they want to remember.

Love is like two people in a journey on a boat. We can’t escape from the waves, it will keep on coming. We can not control its direction or how rough it is. All we can do is face it together and keep on rowing our boat so that it will not sink and we can continue the journey. Also remember how beautiful the scenery around you. the sky. the sea. and the horizon.

And the warm feeling inside your heart.
